This hotel was good base for exploring Playa Blanca, greatly enjoyed it and venue’s very good and understanding staff with very friendly managers and staff.

If you're looking for a spacious apartment in a quiet area located on the outskirts of town, this accommodation could be for you. It's a fair distance from Playa Blanca's main beach and shopping areas, but there's a grocery store within a 5-minute walk. , Papagayo beaches are easily accessible. The apartments are well-kept, but some minor issues like a worn-out shower head have been reported. Apart from that, the staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and plenty of loungers are available around the pool.

we really enjoyed our stay here, and will return. a good choice for couples and families but not for party people, we walked to both the marina and playa blanca although less mobile might find them a bit far, lovely walk though. taxis are cheap for getting back. rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need and we had a sea view. pool is nice with plenty of beds, supermarket close and 1 bar so very quiet area, just right for what we wanted. car recommended but not essential as taxis always available. even the weather was good! receptionist was excellent and rang us in the uk before we left to see if we needed directions, never had that before.

The bungalows were spacy, new and clean. Very nice personnel. The best value for my money I have ever got for a family holiday.

Uncomfortable beds with springs poking out.

Bungalows Coloradamar staff very welcoming and helpful. Accomodation excellent and high standard of cleanliness. Resort very quiet and well maintained. Kitchen utensils basic and could do with an iron. We enjoyed the location with the easy 20 min. Promenade walk into Rubicon marina with its shops and restaurants and on into Playa Blanca. In the other direction we loved the beaches of Papagayo, not such an easy walk.

The Coloradamar bungalows are gorgeous, clean and well-equipped. They are near to the Papagayo beach (short drive or walk) end of town and the area is quiet. However, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff had left us a welcome bottle of water and a good bottle of local white wine. There is a great pool and jacuzzi. The pool is not heated so the water was cool in April. We had bungalow 19 and there was a fabulous view across to Fuerteventura.

Our double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together but, as they were on wheels, they would slide apart during the night and one of us would fall down the gap! I'm sure the hotel can easily sort this. If we'd been staying longer than a week we would have asked.

Excellent staff, superb accommodation, free Wifi, comfortable bed, little extras.

Outstanding and large rooms, absolutely fabulous views of the sea. Plenty of facilities like: a living room and a kitchenette. Good and fantastic location in the town, close to tourist attractions. Very clean pool, parking outside👍

Great choice for weekend. Huge bathroom in the beautifully presented and nicely furnished room. Really helpful stuff with knowledge of the place. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention excellant wifi! Peaceful location just off Playa Blanca and excellent shops, could not be better. The tapas bar onsite...

The location is quiet, 2 km from Marina Rubicon. The units are outstanding, quiet.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its value for money. With affordable prices and a range of amenities, you really get a lot for your money. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with a fully equipped kitchenette. Plus, the hotel is located on the outskirts of town, which offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

All in all, this hotel was a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed in #17. Clean and spacious "bungalow" which is really a 2 bedroom 2 bath (1 w/ shower and 1 w/ tub/shower) with one room combining the kitchen and living room. Very close to a nice promenade. It was peaceful and quiet. There was even a supermarket and two restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Not much sun in the AM, but good sun in the PM. Satellite TV offered English, German, and Spanish programming.

Our water kettle was broken but was promptly replaced by housekeeping. The hot water heater produced very hot water, but not in sufficient quantities to fill up the bath tub.. prepare to boil a few large pots and not have any hot water for the rest of the evening if you decide to take a hot bath.

Friendly and helpful reception lady (Laura), everyday cleaning (what seems even excessive), totally quiet, even deserted place with nice Lanzarote style design. We visited it twice already and most probably book it again when visit the island.
